$10 Play Card on your birthday! (if you have an advertisment that states a different amount please bring advertisment with you and we will honor that amount until November 2012 - we have changed the amount so each birthday person can get the play card every year on their birthday!)
You must Join Birthday club and bring in the certifcate that
is emailed to you and a certified Birth Certificate or Valid Drivers License.
Celebrate your birthday with the most fun gift of all, a FREE $10 playcard at Funopolis Family Fun Center. Anyone of any age can get a complimentary card to use on their birthday. The Card can be used on all attractions or games but is not valid for food or merchandise. Must have valid/certified ID that shows birthday date (copies not accepted must be original).

- Register for your FREE $10 Funopolis Family Fun Center Play card on this web site (you can register family members for their birthdays, too).
- You will receive a special e-mail confirmation to print out before your birthday. (If you have a problem printing confirmation please call Funopolis prior to visit and have Funopolis print your certificate.) You must be registered to receive FREE card.
- On your birthday bring confirmation sheet and proof of your birth date with original/stamped birth certifcate or drivers license to Funopolis Family Fun Center.
